We pay a lot of money for the services. But having been to the MS Silverlight support page and had it verified that it IS WORKING what other reasons are there for this error?Currently running Windows XP SP3, with IE It is really starting to irritate me. Error also appears on Google Chrome browser on the same machine.

Deja Vu / Catch 22 in perpetual redundancy... I just think it should be much easier to watch a movie on a 3Ghz PC with 1 GB RAM and a 256 MB Video Card on Comcast High speed internet.Nothing Yourerror resolution page states this occurs when MS Silverlight is not installed or working correctly. i even uninstalled and downloaded an older version to try and it still prompts me to download the newest version to watch it. Please let us know if you see any issues. I consider this part of what I pay for, at over 120$ a month I expect all of my service to work.
