Thanks for your input.. I have been informed it is in "good" condition, however, a test page cannot be printed as there are no ink sticks in the ink bins. Did not find anything obvious, and as far as I can tell the heaters are all okay. The ink kinda works as a coolant so I would also check and make sure they arent cheating out the ink out sensor to save on ink cost. The only thing I can find in the printer itself is to "contact a Xerox technician". Try getting your hands on a manual. Run the Tilt Axis Drive test.8.
