Go to www.xbox-scene.com if you fancy repairing it yourself, but i think you need a heatgun. DVD drive timed out during reset. The most common issue is a cracked or cold solder joint underneath the GPU on the motherboard. More likely is an improper NAND update though, so a software related problem.
