The error Paint is giving me is: "Error getting the Clipboard Data!" -> OK "There is not enough memory or resources to complete operation. It definitely seems to be an error generated by PSP rather than Windows. I turned off write combining, and that might do something (just a stab in the dark though), but I won't know till after I reboot.
